between MyPrintEasy Company and users of our website, products, or
services. By using our website, products, or services you are agreeing to the
Terms and Conditions detailed here within. Please review the Terms and
Conditions specified here and the Privacy Policy before using our website,
products, or services. If you do not agree to accept our Terms and Conditions,
please do not use our website, products, or services. The Terms and Conditions
outlined are subject to change without prior notification and are solely at the
discretion based on factors including: emerging technologies, business
practices, customer needs, and industry standards. MyPrintEasy Company may
update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, so please review
these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The Terms and Conditions outlined
in this document include, but are not limited to the following:

All content on this website, including but not limited to, text, logos,
graphics, images, icons, verbiage, online tools, and software in all websites,
partner portals, data compilations, products, and services ("Content") that are
under MyPrintEasy.com's domain are the property of MyPrintEasy Company (and as
applicable, its licensors). All "Content" is protected by United States and
International copyright laws, other intellectual property laws, and any rights
not expressly granted herein are reserved to MyPrintEasy Company.
Registration and Processing of User &
Billing and Shipping Information
As part of the registration process to utilize our website, you as the user are
required to create a valid and unique user name which will be a current email
address along with a case sensitive password. The user is solely responsible
for the accuracy of the information provided and keeping password secure. To
place orders and to use certain services, you are required to provide accurate
billing information. Your billing information will be kept strictly
confidential, as specified in the Privacy Policy document. You are responsible
for providing accurate, valid, and current billing information. We reserve the
right to refuse to process your order if invalid or inaccurate billing
information is provided. By submitting an order or using our services in which
charges will be incurred as indicated, you are agreeing to pay the price
attributed to that specific product or service. If you have any questions
regarding prices, please contact us immediately. In being solely responsible
for your username and password, you are also entirely responsible for all
activities that occur under your account. If there is any type of unauthorized
use or any other breach of security, MyPrintEasy Company must be notified
immediately. We will not be held liable for any loss incurred as a result of
someone else using your username and password to access your account, with or
without your knowledge. You could be held liable for any losses incurred as a
result of someone else using your account. In addition, you may not use anyone
else's account, at anytime, unless granted permission to do so by the account
holder.
Turnaround time begins with the receipt of your files, either
electronically or on a disc. In the event that production schedules are not
adhered to by the customer, delivery dates will change. We generally preflight
files for new projects and produce a proof within 1-2 business days of receipt
of the order. If there is a problem with your files or missing components, we
will contact you immediately. We ship the proof via overnight delivery service.
If corrections are needed and another proof is requested, that will take place
within 1-2 business days after receiving your proof. Once you approve a final
proof, printing will proceed in accordance with the production schedule agreed
upon in your quote.
Order Dispute & Resolution Policy
We strive to achieve the highest standards as well as customer satisfaction. We
will complete all orders in accordance with industry standards. Customers are
strongly encouraged to review all orders by reviewing the file to be printed
and all the details that relate to the order. This review process should be
completed before completing the order process. Due to the highly automated
process in which MyPrintEasy.com utilizes to process and fulfill your order, any
changes required after submitting the order much be communicated immediately to
World Trade Printing Company at (Toll-Free Number) during our normal business
hours, 8:30 am-6:00 pm PST Monday-Friday. We will not accept voicemail or email
communication when addressing issues of cancellation or requests for changes on
an order that has already been placed. Orders that have already begun printing
cannot be changed or cancelled and will be billed in full as ordered.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled by making a direct telephone call to our Customer
Service Department during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-6:00
pm PST, excluding holidays). Your cancellation request must be made directly
with a Customer Service Representative. Unfortunately, due to the quick nature
of our business we cannot accept voicemails or emails to cancel an order.
Orders may be cancelled up until the point in which your order has begun
printing. This timeframe is usually within 24 hours of our order being placed.
Orders have been processed and have started printing will be billed as
completed. Should you feel that your order was not completed correctly, as you
requested, yet you submitted your order in accordance will our specifications,
we offer two options in rectifying the problem for you:
1. Replacement of Defective Merchandise If you find an error caused by World
Trade Printing Company, we will reprint your order using your original file.
This does not include customer-induced errors such as incorrect art,
low-resolution graphics, placement, spelling, or other errors. If you are
interested in this option, please take the following steps to have your order
corrected. -Contact our Customer Service Department at (TOLL FREE #) with 30
days of the invoice date. -Any invoice older than 30 days will not be eligible
for replacement.
2. Refund If are not interested in having your piece reprinted, we offer the
option of refunding you the amount that was initially paid. If you are
interested in this option, please take the following steps to be issued a
refund. -Contact our Customer Service Department at (TOLL FREE #) with 30 days
of the invoice date. -Any invoice older than 30 days will not be eligible for
replacement. -Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited
back to your account.
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
MyPrintEasy Company strives to complete all projects in an efficient and
high-quality way in accordance with industry standards. Therefore, we guarantee
that if your job has defects in workmanship or materials within our control or
if we fail to follow your instructions on printing, we will reprint or refund
your job upon receipt of returned merchandise. Please see the information above
in regard to how refunds and/or reprints should be handled. This guarantee does
not apply in any way to errors that were in the customer-supplied file(s).
While we strive for "color matching", we cannot guarantee that the printed
piece will be an exact match to what you see on your screen or printer. If you
feel that your final, printed order does not meet your specifications in regard
to industry standards pertaining to workmanship or materials within our
control, you must notify MyPrintEasy Company within 10 business days of receipt
so that the order can be addressed.
Turnaround Time & Order Delivery
MyPrintEasy Company cannot make absolute guarantees in meeting strict turnaround
timeframes. We do pride ourselves in quick order fulfillment. We generally are
able to meet to following turnaround timetable, though there are situations in
which additional time will be necessary to fulfill the order. The following
timetables do not include weekends or holidays and are based on operating
business days only. Non-Mailing Standard Pieces (i.e. postcards, business
cards, flyers): Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST will ship within 48 hours.
Orders that are placed after 12:00 pm PST will ship within 72 hours.
Non-Mailing Specialty Pieces (i.e. catalogs, booklets, extremely high quantity
of standard pieces): Orders placed for pieces such as these will normally be
shipped within 5 business days. This depends on the depth of the project
(bindery, fulfillment, etc.). If concerned with the turnaround time, please
contact us immediately so that we may provide you with an estimated time of
completion. Mailing Standard and Specialty Pieces: All mailing pieces will be
mailed from our facility with 72 of being printed. This means if a postcard is
ordered for printing and mailing and the postcard takes 48 hours to print, we
will prepare for mailing and mail within 72 hours. Please note that World Trade
Printing Company uses third party service providers to deliver and mail your
orders. We cannot be liable for delivery problems that are a result of the
third party. These third party providers include, but are not limited to The
United States Post Office (USPS), United States Parcel Service (UPS), and
FedEx. MyPrintEasy Company is not liable for any damage caused by delivery
providers. When using the United States Post Office to mail your projects we
will use the addresses as provided in your address file(s). Address files must
meet our specifications as defined in our website. If you have any questions
regarding databases or mailing specifications please feel free to visit the
United States Post Office website www.usps.com or contact us at (TOLL FREE
NUMBER). The United State Post Office's delivery standards are as followed:
First Class Mail: Three (3)-Five (5) business days Bulk Mail: Five
(5)-Twenty-One (21) business days Customers are encouraged to "seed"
themselves, or place themselves in their mailing list so that the piece will be
sent to them. This "seeded card" will be mailed to you and you will have an
actual the piece for your own reference.
Proofing Process & Alternative
Options
The majority of our digital printing utilizes the process colors CMYK (cyan,
magenta, yellow, and black) to compose all colors. For best results, all files
should be submitted in a CMYK format. If files are submitted using the RBG
(red, blue, green) color pallet, there is a chance that there will be a drastic
shift in color. Although the standard is CMYK printing, we have the capability
to print specified PMS colors. Please contact us if this is something you are
interested in or have questions about. If color is a major concern to you and
your printed piece, we recommend ordering a hard copy proof. Upon ordering a
hard copy proof, it would be sent to you for review and approval. We will not
run the project until we have a written approve given by you. You can cancel
the order before granting approval, but will be charged for the printing and
shipping of the hard copy proof. This is only a recommendation and in most
cases a hard copy proof is not a necessity. MyPrintEasy Company cannot and will
not take responsibility for liability for a project in which the customer
accepted the PDF proof supplied through www.MyPrintEasy.com. We are not
responsible for incorrect layouts, spelling or grammar errors, quality of
photos, or anything other content supplied by the customer or a third party.
Please review all content information carefully before submitting your order.
World Trade Printing Company does not censor or refuse material, but neither do
we review material to ensure that it is in compliance with the law. MyPrintEasy
Company accepts no liability for materials that are subject to copyrights or
trademark protections or other instances that may be violation to law. We will
not be held accountable for possession of illegal materials.
Links to Third Party Sites
We cannot take any responsibility or make any representation about the
practices and policies of affiliate companies. When clicking on such a link,
you agree to the fact that you are no longer protected by our Privacy Policy.
Links to third party websites on www.MyPrintEasy.com are solely for the purpose
of an added convenience to our customers. MyPrintEasy Company does not control
and is not responsible for any of these third party sites or their content. If
you decide to access any of the third party sites, you do so entirely at your
own risk.
Quotations
If you are looking to print a project that you do not see listed on our price
list, please know that this does not mean that we do not offer the service. We
have only listed the most commonly used standard pieces. Please contact us to
receive a custom quote. Quotes will be based on the accuracy of the
specifications provided by the customer. MyPrintEasy Company can revise a quote
at anytime upon file submission if the files or other input materials do not
conform to the original information that the quote was initially based on. A
custom quotation is only valid for 30 days. Quotations given over 30 days past
will not be honored and will have to be quoted again as prices of products are
subject to change at any time.
Delays or Missed Deadlines
MyPrintEasy Company can hold no liability or responsibility for delays caused by
unforeseen events. In the event of the following occurrences, no fault can be
placed on MyPrintEasy Company: fire, water, strikes, riots, theft, vandalism,
civil disorder, action of government, acts of nature. We cannot assume
responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers. Our expected date of
completion and estimated delivery date are not guaranteed, though we rarely
miss a deadline or cause a project to be delayed. An order may be completed or
delivered late due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays in delivery
services, breakdown or repairing of equipment, illnesses, strikes, technical,
or IT issues. World Trade cannot be held responsible in the event that any of
these circumstances occur.
Indemnifications
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold MyPrintEasy Company, its officers,
directors, employees, vendors, affiliates, partners, and agents harmless from
and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, and fees and
expenses related thereto (including attorney fees), arising out of, based up,
or resulting from any breach or violation by you or any use by you of the
website, products, or services. MyPrintEasy Company reserves the right to assume
exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to
indemnification by you. In no event shall you settle or otherwise dispose of
any such matter without the prior written consent of MyPrintEasy Company.
Disclaimers & Liabilities
Although we believe that our website, products, and services are reliable and
fully available we can make no guarantees with respect to any content on the
website, products, or services. We cannot and do not warrant, guarantee, or
make any representations regarding the use of our website, products, or
services in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise and do
not guarantee that the operation of our website, products, or services to be
completely uninterrupted or free of error. We disclaim any warranties not
stated herein. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be
held liable for any damages (including, but not limited to: special, direct,
indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential, expenses, loss of profit, lost
savings, business interruption, lost of business information, or other loses or
