Turnaround

We have all heard the famous quote, “time is money.” We at MyPrintEasy.com know your time is important and will always expedite your orders as swiftly as possible. Please note our hours of operation and other important factors that will influence the amount of time it will take your order to arrive at your doorstep or be ready for pickup.

Turnaround time refers to time in production. Printing, coating, cutting, folding, binding, and packing are all included in the turnaround time. Shipping is not included in the turnaround time and is determined by the shipping method selected when placing the order.

Hours of Operation:

Our operating hours are between 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, PST, Monday through Friday. We do not process new orders or generate proofs during non-business hours, which includes posted holidays.

Cut-Off Time:

All proofs for an order must be approved and full payment for the order received before 3:30 PM, PST, for that order to be included in production for that day.

Proofing:

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 2 business hours for you to receive your proof via email from the time you place your order through MyPrintEasy.com.

Shipping:

If all proofs for an order are approved before the cut-off time and one day printing priority was selected, it will ship out or be ready for pick up the following business day.  Any printing priority selected greater than one day will increase production time accordingly as the priority is lessened.
