1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyPrintEasy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Services

MyPrintEasy provides custom printing services based on customer-submitted specifications and artwork. All products are made to order.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Customer Responsibilities (Artwork & Content)

By submitting files, artwork, or designs, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
  • The content complies with all applicable laws

MyPrintEasy is not responsible for verifying ownership or legality of submitted content.

5. Proofing & Approval

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approval
  • Once a proof is approved, MyPrintEasy is not responsible for errors including:
    1. Spelling or grammar mistakes
    2. Design/layout issues
    3. Color variations

6. Custom Product Policy (No Returns)

All products are custom-made.

  • Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started
  • Refunds or reprints may be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by MyPrintEasy
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs
  • MyPrintEasy is not responsible for errors approved by the customer

7. Production & Turnaround Times

  • Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to:
    1. File issues
    2. Customer approval delays
    3. Supply chain or operational factors

MyPrintEasy is not liable for delays outside of its control.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers
  • MyPrintEasy is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment

9. File Storage & Customer Content

Customer-submitted files (including artwork and designs):

  • Remain the property of the customer
  • Are used solely for order fulfillment and customer service
  • May be stored temporarily for reorders or support purposes

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect customer content.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (text, images, branding) is the property of MyPrintEasy and may not be used without permission
  • Customers retain ownership of their submitted designs

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MyPrintEasy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPrintEasy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your submitted content
  • Your violation of these Terms

13. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins
  • Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled

14. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

18. Color Variation Disclaimer

Due to differences in monitors, screens, lighting conditions, materials, and printing processes, colors displayed on digital proofs or screens may vary from the final printed product.

  • Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing
  • Minor color variations between print runs or materials are considered normal and acceptable
  • MyPrintEasy is not responsible for color differences that result from customer-provided files or color settings

19. Print Tolerances & Production Variations

All printed products are subject to industry-standard production tolerances. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Slight variations in size, alignment, or trimming (typically within ±1/16" to ±1/8")
  • Minor shifts in image placement or margins
  • Variations in folding, cutting, or finishing

Such variations are inherent to the printing process and shall not be considered defects.

20. Customer File Quality & Setup Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted files meet production requirements. This includes:

  • Correct dimensions and bleed settings
  • Proper resolution (minimum recommended DPI)
  • Color mode (CMYK vs RGB)
  • Font embedding or outlining

MyPrintEasy is not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Low-resolution images
  • Incorrect file setup
  • Missing fonts or linked assets
  • Improper color profiles

Files will be printed as submitted, unless design services are requested and confirmed.

21. Reprint & Claims Policy

Claims for defective or incorrect orders must be submitted within 7–10 days of delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence

If a claim is approved, MyPrintEasy may, at its discretion:

  • Reprint the order
  • Provide a partial or full refund

No claims will be accepted for:

  • Approved proofs
  • Color variations within acceptable tolerance
  • Issues caused by customer-provided files

22. Force Majeure

MyPrintEasy shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Equipment failure
  • Labor shortages
  • Carrier delays

23. Proof Approval & Production Release

By approving a proof and/or placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The proof has been carefully reviewed for:
    1. Spelling and grammar
    2. Layout and design
    3. Dimensions and placement
    4. Colors and overall appearance
  • The customer accepts full responsibility for any errors, omissions, or design issues present in the approved proof.
  • MyPrintEasy will print the order exactly as approved, and is not responsible for:
    1. Errors in approved artwork
    2. Customer-submitted file issues
    3. Design or content mistakes
  • Once a proof is approved or production has begun, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, except in cases of verified production defects caused by MyPrintEasy.
  • Approval of a proof constitutes final authorization to proceed with production.
