Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and professional Inside Sales Representative who is customer-driven, and competitive. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for generating and following up on new and potential leads, servicing existing customers to generate additional sales, and identifying new opportunities. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will also develop strategies to increase and expand sales by monitoring industry trends and identifying emerging markets. Job Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective leads to expand customer base and generate sales using all available resources to drive sales.
  • Increase company’s marketing awareness and presence by collaborating with the management team to develop and improve marketing materials.
  • Seek out and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for sales growth and company expansion.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries.
  • Generate and report on sales data weekly/monthly and submit to management.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the company’s contact database.
  • Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
  • Manage customer referrals and develop leads with the goal of converting them to customers.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Education

Requires Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field

Job Summary

We’re looking for someone who loves working with people and who is an amazing problem solver. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, requests, and order follow up. If selected, you would be responsible for customer support and coordinating the handling of the resolve of customer concerns on a timely basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate the handling of customer service inquiries by phone, email, and online.
  • Responsible for order entry systems data and other related customer service procedures.
  • Provide introductory information to new customers via email, mail, phone, and online.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Follow up with customers to secure feedback/testimonials to check on satisfaction with the goal of helping to improve customer support.
  • Provide information about additional products or services to customers.
  • Explore and determine the quickest, most efficient ways to answer a customer’s questions.
  • Work with a team of other customer service or sales reps and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
  • Responsible for any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
  • Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to the Company's policies and procedures.
